RENEWAL OF MEMBERSHIP FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2026-27

The Annual Renewal of membership fees for the year 2026-27 is as follows:

*Members falling under category Sr. No. 3 & 4, who wish to renew their membership for 3 years and 5 years are eligible for special discounts of 10% and 15% respectively.

Mode of payment:

Online mode (Mandatory): In reference to the Trade Notice No.35/2021-2022 issued on dated.24.02.2022 by DGFT, it is to inform that DGFT has implemented the electronic platform to facilitate electronic issuance/renewal/amendment of Registration Cum Membership Certificate (RCMC)/Registration Certificate (RC) and it has been made mandatory to renew/apply RCMC application through common digital RCMC portal only.

Steps to apply for RENEWAL of e- RCMC is mentioned below:

  • Go to DGFT Website - https://www.dgft.gov.in.
  • Click on the Login button and log in by using your username And password
  • Go to- Services >> e-RCMC >> Renewal of RCMC and click on 'S tart Fresh Application'.
  • Choose the RCMC allotted to you by PDEXCIL and click on 'Renew'.
  • Complete the details in each tab and go ahead by pressing "Save and Next
  • After filling up all the details in all the tabs, the payment of the renewal subscription option 'Payment of RCMC' will appear where you need to do the online payment and click on to submit the application.

Please also note that failure to renew the membership by 30th June 2026, shall result in suspension of membership and privileges of the member as per the applicable provisions of the Articles of Association of PDEXCIL. Members are requested to make the renewal payment within the stipulated time.

To determine the appronriate category of membershin (Associate or Ordinary). please submit the self-certified annual turnover form (including export turnover) attached as Annex-I and UDYAM Registration Certificate to pdexcilmumbai@gmail.com after completing your membership renewal payment.

Members are also requested to confirm, update, or correct their email addresses, mobile numbers, and telephone numbers to ensure they continue to receive all official information and updates published by the council.
